I went to Cap World in Saugus on Saturday April 8th, 2017 to have a hitch installed on my 2015 Nissan Rogue. I also purchased a Thule 4-bike rack and locking pin from these guys too. Michael Ford was very helpful in answering all my questions via multiple emails that I sent when I was still researching and trying to find the best price. The Nissan dealership was way overpriced. I met Ron who is the owner and also lives in my town (Winchester). He is a friendly guy and I told him that I would recommend this place to all my friends and family if they are looking for auto parts and supplies. A friend referred me to Cap World a couple of years ago when I needed a trailer hitch for a bike rack. Despite the extensive labor involved (due to significant undercarriage rust on my 9yr old MDX) I was only charged the normal rate, which was much lower than the dealer quoted. All staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Given that experience, I returned today to get a hitch for different car. Even though I was 30 minutes late, I was greeted with a smile and my car was in and out in about 30 minutes. Needless to say, I have newfound hope that "customer service" still exists! Honestly, it's as rare as a rotary dial phone - but from what I hear, there are still a few of those kicking around, too! Lisa Wilson

Just had a trailer hitch installed here for my 2014 Ford Escape. Arranging the installation was easy and the staff very friendly. The price of the install was very competitive and their selection of the hitch used was top rated. The installation took less than 1 hour. Could have had a more pleasant experience. I had a cover installed 10 years ago on a F150 with a similar experience. This is a great place to go for upgrades. William G.
