I graduated from Norwich University in 93’ and soon after started my career with Cap World Inc. in April 94’. During my tenure I have seen the company grow from three stores to fifteen including our spray facilities. The reason for this is because the focus and hard work of all employees and leadership from the top. Honestly, we are like family and I truly enjoy the people I work for, with and the customers I have become friends with and continue to do so. Everyday is new and challenging which is very rewarding.

I had a tonneau cover, and a bed liner installed at Cap World on Friday. My appointment was for noon. I had arranged the installation through the dealership where I had purchased my new truck. These guys are top shelf. Five stars, very pleasant, professional. After the job was completed the installer came to me and went over all the features of the cover, and liner. I have a Leer truck cap that I purchased at Cap World in Saugus about 15 years ago. It was originally on my 1994 Chevy S10 pickup, and, after having it repainted to match, is now on my 2003 Chevy S10 ZR2 pickup. After all these years the pistons that hold up the back window were pretty much dead, so I called Cap World to see if they could replace them. They told me to come on down. When I got there, the guy came out to my truck to look at the pistons, took one off, brought it inside and came out with two more. As I held the back window open, he installed the pistons. He was friendly, helpful and didn't charge me anything for removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Just the $38 for the pair of pistons. This was good for me since the old ones were oily from leaking over the years and I was in a dress shirt and slacks for work. Don Breda
