Reflex Spray-on Truck Liner

Reflex is a tough polyurethane coating forming a watertight seal providing maximum protection against scratches, dents and rust. Because Reflex is sprayed up to 1/4" thick directly in your truck, a permanent bond is assured. Your Reflex Truck Liner will not crack, peel or warp. Cargo stays put with Reflex GripCoat, non-slip textured coating. Reflex provides maximum load grip, so you don't have to worry about items sliding around and getting damaged during travel.

Application Process

Begin with a clean, dry truck.	The box area is thoroughly cleaned of road grime, wax, oils and silicone.	Wiretrim Edge Cutting Tape is applied to all trim lines.

Masking paper is applied to protect your vehicle from overspray.	The surfaces to be coated are lightly scuffed to aid with adhesion. All areas are wiped with pre-paint cleaner.	Reflex polyurethane is sprayed up to 1/4" thick in the box and on the tailgate.

Step 7

The enclosed wire in the edge cutting tape is pulled out through the coating to trim the liner's edge.
No knife ever touches your truck's paint finish. The masking paper is removed to complete the job.
