Installer

Are you mechanically inclined? Do you have a great attitude and want to be a team player? If so, this position is for you! This position is responsible for service and installation of all products, and assists sales personnel. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installation of products
• Maintaining all technical information for the proper installation of products
• Performing all aspects of installation service plus or other service related programs

Sales Personnel

Do you have a past history of sales success? Do you like a fast paced environment? If so, we want you at Cap World! This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and the desire to satisfy customers who have complex truck accessory needs. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively selling to both retail and wholesale customers
• Introducing new products and ideas to increase sales and profit margins
• Scheduling and documenting customer appointments for installations
• Establishing new business relationships with new truck dealers
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledgeable of sales trends in the industry

Managers-in-Training

Do you lead by example and have high energy? Are you customer focused and business development driven? If the answer to these questions were yes, then we'd like to speak with you about our Manager-in-Training position. This position is a training program designed to teach you the primary skills needed to assist in store management, product sales and personnel development. A few key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing wholesale and retail sales strategies and programs
• Introducing new products and ideas to increase sales and profit margins
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of sales and profit outlooks
• Reviewing weekly and monthly sales results with the Store Manager
• Working with the Store Manager to train a safety-conscious staff
• Conducting daily operations such as opening and closing, completing paperwork, managing time cards, running computer-generated reports, accurately ordering and maintaining product inventory
• Utilizing preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment in order to lessen repair costs
• Assisting in all store functions, including installations, as needed

Intern / Co-op

Are you a student with a passion for trucks, looking for an exciting career? • Learning technical information for the proper installation of products, and correct use of tools and equipment needed for such installations
• Learning mechanical safety standards and helping ensure a safe working environment
• Learning retail business procedures, and understanding the essentials of service and professionalism
• Coordinating installations of truck caps, bed liners, truck slider windows and accessories
• Assisting in maintaining the store, cap yard, installation shop and show room
